THIS IS NOT A STAGE, IT'S A THRESHOLD 

I am also a seeker, like you.

My life has been a search for the truth about myself underneath the layers of imposed conditioning. 

It has taken many turns, and I have come a long way... but the journey is far from over.

I started out not knowing myself at all, not even allowed to know myself, having been gradually gaslit into submission. 

Everything came to a head when, at the age of 40, the life and safe existence I thought I had created for myself suddenly cracked open beneath me, and my family split in two.

Because of my own lack of awareness, I was unable to create another platform to stand on among the rubble of the one I'd lost.

In time I understood that to find myself, for real this time, I needed to follow my heart, even if it was against everything that others thought I should be doing.

So I left Sweden, where I was born and raised, and created a new life for myself in Spain.

Slowly, I started finding pieces of myself again, and even pieces that I had never known before. I started working with intuitive consultations, which led me to an exploration of my consciousness and the mystical nature of our existence...how we interact with and are influenced by everything around us.

The path of emotional healing led me deeper into the nature of intuition and consciousness through microdosing, shamanism and archetypal work. Along the way, reclaiming the self became my North Star.

To reflect my journey and the kind of space that Aura Nordica aims to become, I will explore mainly these three themes: 

- Microdosing & Consciousness

- Ancestral & Intuitive Wisdom 

- Return to Self 

My hope is that this space can accompany you on your own quest for authenticity and a soul-aligned existence.

As Aura Nordica continues to grow, I'll also be sharing practical ways of working together, including:
